Resources to Support your Systematic Synthetic Phonics Programme

Our resources follow the Letters and Sounds sequence of teaching, so you can add variety into your Synthetic Phonics programme but still remain systematic in your teaching.

We want you to spend less time making resources, and more time doing what you do best – teaching! So our team of experts have created resources which, we promise will always:

  • Be made by teachers, for teachers
  • Be tried and tested in real classrooms
  • Minimise your workload!
  • Be fun and multi-sensory
  • Be 100% decodable – you won’t find any words a child can’t tackle using their decoding/encoding skills
  • Religiously stick to the sequence of teaching so the systematic nature remains intact
  • Ensure a child is using his/her decoding skills as a first strategy and not using any other ‘hit and miss’
  • techniques (such as guessing from the picture)

My reception class really love the books. They are colourful and targeted, and the children love that they can read a book by themselves.
